Abstract

The invention discloses a phase change microcapsule simultaneously having magnetism and photo-thermal conversion feature and a preparation method thereof. The phase change microcapsule is composed ofa core material and a wall material coating the core material; wherein the core material includes a normal alkane phase-change material and a surface-modified magnetic iron oxide, and the wall material includes a high-molecular resin material and a carbon material; mass ratio of the core material to the wall material is 1:1.05. The preparation method includes: firstly respectively pretreating thecore material and wall material: (1) stirring and mixing magnetic particles and the liquid phase-change material and performing ultrasonic treatment; (2) after a wall material prepolymer is prepared,adding the material with the photo-thermal conversion feature to the wall material prepolymer, and performing ultrasonic dispersion; then synthesizing the phase change microcapsule composite materialthrough in-situ polymerization. The phase change microcapsule has excellent phase-change heat storage performance, photo-thermal conversion performance and magnetism regulation performance. The preparation method is simple in process and employs accessible raw materials, so that the method has extensive industrial application prospect.
