The basic formula of the top coating includes, by weight, 50.0-65.0 parts of special polyurethane modified acrylic waterborne resin, 12.0-22.0 parts of waterborne acrylic resin, 0-16.0 parts of nanometer aqueous color paste, 3.0-5.0 parts of a film forming auxiliary agent, 0.2-0.6 part of a leveling agent, 0.1-0.8 part of a wetting agent, 0.2-0.6 part of a defoamer, 0.3-1.5 parts of a thickening and anti-settling agent, 0.2-0.8 part of a multifunctional auxiliary agent and 10.0-25.0 parts of distilled water.
