Problems solved by technology

[0003] Yang Huijuan et al. used three biosurfactants to remove pesticide residues in the soil and achieved good results. Using 20mL, 20g / L 1:1 composite surfactant (APG0810 and saponin) to remove BCH, DDT, The maximum removal rate of heptachlor, acetochlor and cypermethrin is 40.31%~98.62%, but this method does not mention the removal effect of blastazyl and hexaconazole, and it is not a technology in the field of food
Huang Wuning and others disclosed a method for removing rice blastin in rice protein with hydrogen peroxide and ethanol under neutral conditions. After 0.5-5% hydrogen peroxide oxidation, more than 60% ethanol solution removed rice blastin, wherein the removal rate of rice blastin was It has reached more than 90%, and the residual amount of Daobunling is less than 10ppb. However, using more than 60% ethanol to remove Daobunling may have certain hidden dangers and has high requirements for production equipment. Whether the quality of subsequent protein powder will be affected has not been mentioned.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for removing isoprothiolane and hexaconazole from vegetable protein powder by using a composite surfactant. The method comprises the following steps: (1) slurry formation pretreatment of the vegetable protein powder; (2) addition of a nonionic surfactant; (3) colloid milling and fine crushing, heating of the obtained material in the colloid milling and fine crushing process to a preset temperature, and secondary colloid milling and fine crushing; and (4) horizontal screw water washing, and subsequent drying treatment of a filter cake obtained after the centrifugal water washing to obtain finished protein powder. The method makes the respective removal rate of the isoprothiolane and hexaconazole reach 90% or above, and does not affect the mouthfeel of the protein powder. The material is treated with the nonionic surfactant under weak alkaline conditions, so the method is nontoxic, and has no pollution to the environment; and the method has mild reactionconditions, and has low requirements on a production device, so an ordinary production device can meet the requirements, so the production cost is low.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of food processing, in particular to a method for removing blastazyl and hexaconazole from vegetable protein powder by using a composite surfactant. Background technique [0002] Different stages of rice growth have different requirements for disease control. Rice blast is one of the most potentially dangerous diseases in rice production. Qi heading period. Using rice dregs with excessive pesticide residues such as Daoblastin as the raw material of rice protein directly causes the hazard of excessive pesticide residues in the processed rice protein products. GB 2763-2016 stipulates that the content of blastilin should not exceed 1ppm, and the US FDA stipulates that the content of blastilin in food exported from my country to the United States should not exceed 10ppb. Therefore, the development of methods to remove blastilin is an urgent problem that needs to be solved. [0003] Yang Huijuan et al. used thr...
