One side of the housing is provided with an opening for passing of the acquisition assembly. The data storage module and the data uploading module are detachably arranged in the housing. The acquisition assembly is electrically connected with the data storage module through a connecting line. The acquisition assembly is in a dormancy state when in the housing. Operation head is basically prevented, thereby ensuring normal operation of the acquisition assembly when information acquisition is required. Furthermore the acquisition assembly is in the housing when not operate. Interference to the acquisition assembly by heat radiated in operation of electrical equipment can be prevented.
