Abstract

The invention discloses a sub-board identification module and a number processing method of a battery management system (BMS). The identification module includes a main board and at least two sub-boards connected in series. One end of the main board is connected with a head sub-board, and the other end is connected with a tail sub-board. The sub-boards include switches, first sampling circuits andsecond sampling circuits. First ends of the switches are connected with the first sampling circuits. The other ends of the first sampling circuits are connected with the main circuit. Second ends ofthe switches are grounded. Third ends of the switches are connected with a direct-current power source. The second sampling circuits are connected with a first sampling circuit of the first sub-boardand a first sampling circuit of a second sub-board. A target sub-board switch is in a second closed state in which a first sampling circuit is connected with the direct-current power source, and the other sub-board board switches are in a first closed state in which first sampling circuits are grounded. Voltage of a connection end of the main board and the head sub-board is the same as preset voltage corresponding to target sub-board identification information. According to the method, accurate determination of numbers of the sub-boards is facilitated, and convenience is provided for subsequent mass production debugging and testing, problem locating and program updating.
