Embodiment 1

[0023] The present invention proposes a kind of seed accelerating germination method, comprises the steps:

[0024] Step 1, put the screened seeds into 0.4% potassium permanganate solution and soak for 10 minutes, then rinse with distilled water for 3 times;

[0025] Step 2. Put the seeds treated in step 1 into a cylindrical filter, put the filter into hot water at 80°C, submerge the seeds on the surface of the water, and treat for 1 minute. During this period, shake the filter continuously;

[0026] Step 3. Soak the seeds treated in step 2 in warm water at 40°C to 50°C for 28-36 hours, keep the water temperature constant during the process, and change the water once;

[0027] Step 4. Transfer the above seeds to warm water at 30°C~35°C, add nutrition packs to the warm water, soak the seeds for 18h-20h, keep the water temperature constant during this period, and keep stirring the seeds for the first hour of soaking;

[0028] Step 5. After the seeds are soaked in step 4 for 18h...

Abstract

The invention discloses a seed germination accelerating method which comprises the following steps: putting disinfected seeds in warm water at 40-50 DEG C to be soaked; then transferring the seeds towarm water at 30-35 DEG C with a nutrition bag to be soaked continuously; irradiating the seeds with an ultraviolet lamp for 0.5 hour in the period; then, paving a wet sand seed mixture and a fine stone straw mixture in a barrel in a spaced manner and arranging an L-shaped ventilating pipe; and finally, paving 5cm thick straws, spraying the warm water at 35-40DEG C to the barrel in the germinationaccelerating period and spraying the warm water at 35 DEG C to the surfaces of straws every 12 hours, and meanwhile, blowing air to the barrel from top to bottom, wherein white roots of the seeds areexposed within 4-7 days for follow-up sowing. The method can reduce damage to seedlings effectively, improve the survival rate of the seedlings after germination, shorten the seed soaking time and improve the germination rate, and avoids the condition of seedling burning as a result of overhigh temperature of the bottom and middle of the barrel as a result of too long stacking and burying time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of fruit tree seedling cultivation, in particular to a method for accelerating germination of seeds. Background technique [0002] Before sowing fruit tree seeds, in order to improve the germination rate of fruit tree seeds, germination experiments will be carried out on the seeds. The germination of seeds needs to be realized in a suitable temperature and humidity range, and oxygen is needed. However, there are many disadvantages in the existing germination methods. It is difficult to improve the germination rate of fruit tree seeds, and the current accelerating germination conditions are difficult to avoid the phenomenon of burning buds, resulting in poor quality of germination and uneven germination of seeds. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for improving the germination rate and germination speed of fruit tree seeds. [0004] Above-mentione...
