Problems solved by technology

[0004] With the demand for maca products in the market, the demand for maca crops is also increasing. Therefore, it is of great significance to increase the production of maca planting. At the same time, we cannot meet the existing planting methods, so we need to develop new planting methods. Patterns enable improvements in yield and quality

Embodiment 1

[0038] In the embodiment of the present invention, a kind of cultivation method that can improve Maca quality and yield, its specific steps are as follows:

[0039] (1) Selection of planting site: Choose a site with an altitude of 2500m, an average annual temperature of 10°C, no cruciferous plants in the previous stubble, and slightly acidic sandy loam or loamy soil with loose soil, good permeability and water retention. ;

[0040] (2) Seed breeding:

[0041] a. Preparation of nutrient soil: After mixing and fermenting according to the ratio of 70% humus soil (pH6.5) and 20% sheep manure, spray thiophanate-methyl 1000 times liquid for disinfection (optional), add 10% perlite after crushing into nutrient soil;

[0042] b. Seed treatment: select plump and shiny seeds before sowing, soak the seeds in warm water at 25°C for 24 hours, and coat the seeds with a film-forming agent containing insecticides and micro-fertilizers after drying;

Abstract

Te present invention discloses a cultivation method for improving quality and yield of lepidium meyenii walpers. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) cultivated land selection; (2) seed seedling; (3) transplantation and planting; (4) defect checking and seedling filling; (5) field management; and (6) seed reservation. Through seed pelleting, the insect pests of lepidium meyenii walpersseeds suffered in the growth process can be prevented such as aphids and cutworms; the usage of the bacterial manure improves the soil microorganism system, reduces soil hardening and solidification,enhances soil fertility and provides adequate nitrogen fertilizer for plant growth, the bacterial strains in the bacterial manure can secrete auxin (IAA) and jasmonic acid methyl ester (MeJA), the IAA promotes growth and development of the lepidium meyenii walpers, the MeJA can induce the chemical defense of the plants so as to reduce the diseases and insect pests. The quality and yield of lepidium meyenii walpers can be greatly improved, the content of lepidium meyenii walpers under the cultivation of the bacterial manure is larger than the content of the macamides and macaenes under commoncultivation, and the fresh weight of a single plant and a diameter of a root are larger than these under common cultivation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of maca planting, in particular to a cultivation method capable of improving the quality and yield of maca. Background technique [0002] Maca (Lepidium meyenii Walpers) is a herbaceous plant of the genus Lepidium of the Cruciferae (Cruciferae). Nutrient elements (potassium, magnesium, calcium, zinc, etc.), vitamin C, vitamin B 1 , Vitamin B 2 , Vitamin B 6 etc.; In addition, the root also contains active substances such as unique active ingredients macamide, macaene, macamizole alkaloids. Modern medical science has proved that Maca is rich in nutrition, can be eaten and used as medicine, and has the effects of relieving fatigue, improving sexual function, anti-oxidation, and enhancing immunity. [0003] At present, there are certain standards for the cultivation of maca, including the special environment and climate required. Generally, it is required to be above 3,000 meters above sea level. The climate is harsh...
