The sampling device disclosed by the invention comprises a collectingbottle, a sampling pipe, spray nozzles, a vacuum pump and liquid complementing equipment, wherein a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet are formed in the outer side of a bottle body of the collecting bottle in a tangential manner; and the liquid complementing equipment is connected with the liquid inlet to be used for complementing collecting liquid for the collecting bottle through the liquid inlet. During quantitative analysis, elements of which the analysis nature is similar to that of elements to be detected are selected as an internal standard element, and internal standard solutions are continuously changed into a detection and analysis instrument; then aerosol in environment is sampled through the sampling device, aerosol granules are collected into the collecting liquid, the collecting liquid and the internal standard solutions are mixed to form a mixed liquid at a tee, and then the mixed liquid enters the detection and analysis instrument for analysis; moreover, liquid complementing can be performed on the collecting liquid in the collecting bottle through the liquid complementing equipment.
