Embodiment

[0189] In order to understand more fully the characteristics of the invention and its applicability to engineering practice, the present invention aims at such as figure 2 The fixed-supported L-shaped beam shown is designed for topology optimization. According to the average size of each rectangular unit being 1×1, the entire design domain is discretized into 6155 four-node rectangular units. The modulus of elasticity of a given material is 70GPa and Poisson's ratio is 0.3. The right end of the beam is subjected to a vertical upward concentrated load with a magnitude of 100N. Initially, the relative density of the material is 1, the relative volume fraction is 100%, the penalty factor p=3 is selected, and the penalty value of the stress synthesis function is P=4. Assume that the elastic modulus E and the load F have 10% fluctuations relative to the nominal value, that is, F=[90N, 110N], E=[63GPa, 77GPa]; use the rigid strength fusion constraint 2mm&200MPa, set the displacem...

Abstract

The invention discloses a rigid-plastic material, which is characterized in that the rigid-plastic material is rigid. A non-probabilistic reliability topology optimization method for continuum structures with strength fusion constraints is presented. Firstly, the relative density of elements is obtained by density filtering method from design variables, and then the displacement of the structure is calculated by finite element method. The stress of the structure is calculated by relaxation method, and the global stress is treated by p-form stress synthesis function constraint, then the upper and lower bounds of displacement and global stress are obtained by vertex combination method. The convergence problem is solved by replacing the original non-probabilistic reliability index with the optimized eigendistance, and the sensitivity of the optimized eigendistance is solved by using the adjoint vector method and the compound function derivative rule. Finally, the moving asymptotic methodis used for iterative computation until the corresponding convergence conditions are satisfied and the optimal design scheme satisfying the reliability constraint is obtained. The invention can realize effective weight loss and ensure that the design itself gives consideration to safety and economy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of reliability topology optimization design of continuum structures, in particular to a reliability topology optimization method of continuum structures under rigid-strength fusion constraints, which considers the uncertainty of material elastic modulus and load size The impact on the stiffness and strength of the structure and the formulation of a non-probabilistic reliability topology optimization scheme for the lower continuum structure based on the stiffness-strength fusion constraints. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of human industry and production technology and the continuous extension of human exploration of space and ocean fields, the scope of structural optimization research is becoming more and more extensive. With high requirements for use, structural optimization design has increasingly become a crucial part of the project. According to the range of design variables, structural ...
