Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent storage and distribution system based on drive of the Internet of Things. The intelligent storage and distribution system comprises a hardware part and a software part, wherein the hardware part comprises a cloud server and multiple intelligent unmanned electric carrying forklifts. The cloud server is in communication with all the intelligent unmanned electric carrying forklifts through a wireless network, and each intelligent unmanned electric carrying forklift is provided with multiple types of sensors. The software part comprises a dispatching system,a storage location management system, a collision avoiding system, a path generation system and a monitoring system which are stored and operate on the cloud server, and further comprises an SLAM navigation system, a motion control system, a safety protection system and a sensor network system which are stored and operate on a controller of the intelligent unmanned electric carrying forklifts. According to the intelligent storage and distribution system, the cloud server is established by a 4G / WiFi wireless communication solution scheme, plane warehouse locations are monitored in real time andmanaged as a whole, the intelligent unmanned electric carrying forklifts are optimally dispatched, and therefore the efficiency of goods distribution of the warehouse logistics industry is improved.
