Abstract

The device includes a slag slurry conveying pipeline, a stripping column, a concentration tank, and a preparation tank including apreparation zone in the upper layer and a liquid storage zone in the lower layer. The preparation zone and the liquid storage zone are connected through a transition pipe provided with a valve. The liquid storage zone is connected to the stripping column through an agent pipeline provided with an adjusting valve connected to a DCS control system. The invention also provides a calcium carbide slagslurry treating method. The method includes mixing polyacrylamide with water in the preparation zone to prepare an agent having a concentration of 0.05-0.15% with a stirring speed being 100 rpm; andproviding the agent to the stripping column with the volume ratio of the agent to slag slurry being 1:800. The invention further provides calcium carbide slag slurry the titer of which is 60 ti to 80ti, with sedimentation of each 100 mL of the slag slurry being completed in 40-50 seconds, and with the turbidity of a liquid supernatant obtained by sedimentation being 5 NTU. The method and the device save water, reduce the production cost and obviously improve liquid supernatant quality.
