Problems solved by technology

This adjustment process not only has a large lag, but also seldom performs index detection and parameter adjustment in the production process, which causes the quality index of the same batch of finished fabrics to fluctuate greatly or even fail to meet the standard, which greatly reduces the first-time pass rate of the product.
In the actual production, the one-time qualified rate of heat setting of elastic knitted fabrics in dyeing and finishing enterprises in our province is generally less than 70%.
For the detection of knitted fabric density, because the detection process is relatively complicated, it is not suitable for manual on-site detection. Generally, samples are taken from the finished fabric for manual measurement, thus losing the real-time performance of production guidance and becoming an important issue that is not valued by enterprises. The improvement of technical indicators and product quality is also restricted accordingly

Embodiment Construction

[0079] The technical solution of the present invention is further described in detail below, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the following description.

[0080] The object of the present invention is achieved through the following technical solutions: a method for inspecting cloth based on machine vision, the steps are as follows:

[0081] S1. Get the fabric image:

[0082] Use an industrial camera to shoot the finished fabric to be inspected after heat setting to obtain a real-time image. The actual range of the camera imaging is a×b mm and a>b;

[0083] S2. Use methods 1 and 2 to calculate the longitudinal and transverse densities of fabrics:

[0084] method one:

[0085] 1. carry out Fourier transform to described real-time image, obtain Fourier spectrum figure;

[0086] II. the gray value corresponding to each coordinate point in the spectrogram is set to the Z coordinate to obtain a three-dimensional view of the Fourier spectrogram; ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a machine vision based cloth inspection method. The machine vision based cloth inspection method includes: adopting an industrial camera to focus on and shoot a finished fabricto be inspected after heat-setting, and acquiring a real-time image; and then using the first and second methods to calculate the longitudinal density and the transverse density of the fabric; and obtaining the actual density of the fabric according to the longitudinal density and the transverse density obtained by the first and second methods. The invention also discloses a machine vision basedcloth inspection device. An output end of an image acquisition unit is connected with an input end of an image processing unit; an output end of the image processing unit is connected with an input end of a density detection unit; the image acquisition unit acquires a reflective image of a fabric surface; the image processing unit is used for performing image Fourier transformation, grey level transformation, histogram equalization and image binarization; and the density detection unit uses the edge detection algorithm, Hough transform, and the kernel density estimation algorithm to analyze the inclination of the fabric, the number of ridge lines, and the number of circular columns according to the processed image, and calculates out the density of the fabric.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of cloth inspection, in particular to a machine vision-based cloth inspection device and method. Background technique [0002] The textile dyeing and finishing industry is a traditional advantageous industry in my country, occupies an important position in the development of the national economy, and is a pillar industry for my country's economic development [1] . First of all, in export trade, it is the primary industry for earning foreign exchange through export, which has an important impact on ensuring China's foreign exchange reserves and the balance of international payments; secondly, it has an immeasurable role in driving domestic employment and affecting people's clothing. [0003] At present, there have been many researches on heat setting technology at home and abroad, but there are few perfect and mature products in practical application, and most of them are European countries with relatively developed t...
