Abstract

The anticorrosive coating includes a component A and a component B; wherein the component A includes, by weight, 30-40 parts of a first aqueous hydroxypolyacrylic acid dispersion, 10-20 parts of a second aqueous hydroxypolyacrylic acid dispersion, 20-30 parts of glass flakes, 3-4 parts of nano TiO2, 0.1-0.3 parts of nano-silicon carbide, 0.2-0.4 parts of polyethylene wax emulsion, 0.5-1.5 parts of carbon black, 1.5-2 parts of iron oxide red, 0.5-1.5 parts of a pH regulator, 0.5-1.5 parts of a dispersant, 0.2-0.6 parts of a defoamer, 0.2-0.4 parts of a leveling agent, 0.1-0.3 parts of a wetting agent, 0.1-0.3 parts of a rheologic additive, 3-7 parts of a film forming additive, and 10-20 parts of deionized water; the component B includes, by weight, 70-90 parts of an isocyanate curing agent and 10-30 parts of a cosolvent.
