Abstract

The invention discloses cotton ramie fabric printing paste. The cotton ramie fabric printing paste is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 60 to 70 parts of carboxymethyl starch, 25 to 29 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 2 to 6 parts of calcium benzoate, 6 to 12 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate and 0.4 to 1.2 parts of sodium thiosulfate. According to the cotton ramie fabric printing paste disclosed by the invention, the carboxymethyl starch and the carboxymethyl cellulose are used as main components, so that the cotton ramie fabric printing paste has good shear-thinning performance and chemical stability and good paste removing performance; the color yield is higher than that of sodium alginate and the printing effect is relatively good. All properties can meet printing and dyeing requirements and the traditional sodium alginate can be replaced, so that the production cost of printing and dyeing enterprises is reduced. A test proves that the paste is especially suitable for printing and dyeing a cotton ramie fabric.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of textile engineering, in particular to a printing paste for cotton and linen fabrics. Background technique [0002] In reactive dye printing, pastes are generally used as thickeners to adjust the rheological properties of colorants. Sodium alginate has always been the first choice for reactive dye printing pastes because of its advantages of not reacting with reactive dyes, high color yield, complete color spectrum, easy to wash off from fabrics, and soft fabrics. However, it is more expensive, and the printing cost is relatively high, and the printing process often causes color leakage due to shutdown, causing fabric stains, and is not suitable for fine printing. Therefore, it has become a top priority to find a paste with low cost and the ability to print fine patterns. [0003] Therefore, new technologies are urgently needed to improve the deficiencies of the prior art. Contents of the invention ...
