Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a prospective electrocardiography triggering method and a prospective electrocardiography triggering device. The method comprises the following steps: applying a prospective acquisition correction (PACE) sequence for detecting a heart blood flow curve during the learning period, and calculating trigger point parameters based on the heart blood flow curve;and when searching out a trigger point based on the trigger point parameters during the triggering period by utilizing the PACE sequence, sending a triggering signal to an imaging sequence. Accordingto the embodiment provided by the invention, the PACE technology usually applied to respiratory gating is applied to heart gating, thus the troublesome work caused by arranging the ECG electrode can be avoided, and the discomfort of patients is eliminated. In addition, according to the embodiment of the invention, the optimization in the sequence, parameter and locating is also carried out on thePACE technology, and meanwhile, the breath-holding time is reduced by sharing the learning period.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a prospective electrocardiographic triggering method and device. Background technique [0002] Magnetic resonance imaging (Magnetic Resonance Imaging, MRI) is a biomagnetic nuclear spin imaging technology developed rapidly with the development of computer technology, electronic circuit technology, and superconductor technology. It uses a magnetic field and radio frequency pulses to vibrate the precessing hydrogen nuclei (ie H+) in human tissue to generate radio frequency signals, which are processed by a computer and imaged. When an object is placed in a magnetic field, it is irradiated with appropriate electromagnetic waves to make it resonate, and then the electromagnetic waves released by it are analyzed, and the position and type of the atomic nuclei that make up the object can be known, and the precise interior of the object can be drawn accordingly. Stereoscopi...
