Abstract

The invention discloses a WLAN positioning and networking method based on signal statistical distribution. The correlation between access points (Access point, AP) is firstly considered, and the probability density function of a signal at a reference point is calculated; then, the probability density function is used to calculate the appearing probabilities of different signal vectors at the reference point, and in combination of the position prior probability of the reference point, the weighting probability of the reference point is calculated; then, the average positioning precision of thereference point is calculated to obtain the average positioning precision of a target area; and finally, a simulated annealing algorithm is used to optimize the AP position in the target area. According to the WLAN positioning and networking method based on signal statistical distribution disclosed in the invention, the AP position can be selected reasonably, and the blindness of AP layout is avoided.
