Problems solved by technology

In view of the clogging of the bottom regenerator, the shutdown cleaning is generally used to meet the reproduction requirements of the incinerator. The shutdown cleaning can only be carried out after the incinerator is in a cold state, which not only consumes time and energy, but also causes discontinuous production.

Abstract

The invention relates to an on-line tar removal device and method for heat accumulators. The on-line tar removal device comprises an incinerator main body. A ceramic saddle ring packing layer is arranged on the lower portion of each heat accumulation chamber. A temperature thermocouple is arranged below each ceramic saddle ring packing layer. An on-line differential pressure gauge is arranged between the lower portions of the ceramic saddle ring packing layers and the upper portions of the straight square hole ceramic heat accumulators. One end of an exhaust pipe is connected with one end of areverse-blowing pipe. The reverse-blowing pipe is provided with a high-temperature-resistant reverse-blowing fan. The tar removal method comprises the steps that 1, one end of the reverse-blowing pipe is arranged on the exhaust pipe, and the high-temperature-resistant reverse-blowing fan is arranged on the reverse-blowing pipe; 2, the heat accumulation chambers are partitioned into zones, and theindependent ceramic saddle ring packing layers are arranged in the lower zones; and 3, the on-line differential pressure gauge is arranged between the lower portions of the ceramic saddle ring packing layers and the upper portions of the straight square hole ceramic heat accumulators. By means of the on-line tar removal device and method, solid phase and semi-solid-phase substances, such as tar and NH4CL, adhering to holes of the heat accumulators are effectively and periodically removed; the system load does not need to be added; and long-cycle continuous operation of a system is guaranteed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a decoking device and a decoking method, in particular to a decoking device and a decoking method for heat storage bodies. Background technique [0002] As a low-energy, high-efficiency organic waste gas treatment device, the regenerative incinerator has been widely used in VOC emission control in various industries. The low-concentration process tail gas produced by special ceramics, waterproof materials, synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, petrochemical and other industries will cause tar (or high boiling matter) contained in the waste gas to be completely separated, and the tar-containing waste gas adopts thermal storage When treated in a type incinerator, the tar will block the heat storage body at the bottom of the incinerator and affect the normal production; there are many raw materials used in pharmaceutical and chemical industries, and the low-concentration process tail gas produced generally involves alkaline ammonia s...
