The base and thewater storage device are fixedly connected through three support structures; the base includes a supporting bottom plate, and the upper surface of the supporting bottom plate is fixed to a first annular plate and a second annular plate. The first annular plate and the second annular plate form an annular feeding tank; the water storage device includes a water storage tank and a cylindrical water storage tank at the upper end and an inverted cone water storage tank at the lower end. A filtering device is installed at the upper end of the cylindrical water storage tank; each support structure includes a threaded rod and a mounting post.
