The preparation method comprises the steps that (1) the fluororubber is subjected to plastication; (2) after the plastication, the fluororubber is mixed with the silicone rubber and other components in an open mill for mixing; (3) the rubber compound is subjected to remilling; (4) extrusion forming and vulcanization are carried out, and the seal rubber mat is obtained.
