The method comprises the followingsteps of: S1, acquiring a fingerprint image by utilizing OCT equipment; S2, preprocessing the acquired fingerprint image; S3, carrying out feature value extraction on the preprocessed fingerprint image; and S4, carrying out anti-fake recognition and vivo detection according to the extracted fingerprint image feature value, and outputting a result. According to the method, manual interventions areeffectively solved, the fingerprint anti-fake recognition accuracy is improved, and the system is enabled to have vivo detection ability. The device provides multiple different areas for fingerprint acquisition, so that acquisition equipment can select different areas for different fingerprint tasks and then the flexibility of the acquisition equipment is increased.
