Problems solved by technology

The current EST technology has not made substantial progress in practical applications. There are two main reasons: one is that EST uses passive electrostatic sensors, the sensing mechanism is single, and the effective information obtained is less, resulting in low resolution of charge distribution measurement and negative feedback. Second, the induced charge on the EST sensor probe depends not only on the charge amount of the charged particles in the sensor, but also on the spatial position of the charged particles, the speed and concentration of the particles, etc., which is the result of the combined effects of many factors. As a result, if the flow information of the charged particles in the tube is not considered, it is difficult to extract the information that can directly represent the real charge of the particles from the induced charges on the EST probe

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of gas-solid two-phase flow detection. It is a method for measuring particle charge distribution in two-phase flow in pneumatic conveying. Combining the projection data from the electrostatic signal of the sensor, the prior information from the distribution of particle medium and velocity with the dynamic space charge sensitivity of the sensor, the particle charge distribution is retrieved by the image reconstruction algorithm. The invention also discloses a corresponding measuring apparatus. According to the particle charge distribution measurementmethod provided by the method, the problems existing in the current particle charge distribution measurement are effectively solved, and the effective measurement of the particle charge distributioncan be realized. The method and apparatus for measuring charge distribution of pneumatic conveying two-phase flow particles has the advantages that the charge distribution of the two-phase flow particle of the pneumatic conveying can be effectively measured in real time. The method and apparatus for measuring charge distribution of pneumatic conveying two-phase flow particles provides a basic measurement method and a method for exploring the basic flow characteristics of the gas-solid two-phase flow, monitoring the industrial production process and preventing the electrostatic hazards.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of gas-solid two-phase flow flow detection, and in particular relates to a charging measurement method and a measurement device for pneumatically transported two-phase flow particles. Background technique [0002] Pneumatic conveying system is widely used in electric power, chemical industry, pharmaceutical, metallurgy and other fields. In the process of pneumatic conveying, the phenomenon of particle charging is ubiquitous. Achieving real-time and accurate measurement of particle charge can effectively prevent various types of electrostatic discharges in the process of pneumatic conveying and accidents such as fires and explosions caused by them. The research on the charging detection method and technology of pneumatically conveyed two-phase flow particles has important scientific significance and industrial application value. [0003] There are two main methods for measuring the charge of particles in pn...
