The system comprises two metal film type pressure strain gages, two polyurethane polishing blocks, two data transmission devices, a wireless receiving device and a personal computer (PC). One polyurethane polishing block is fixed onto an upper polishing arm through a bolt; the other polyurethane polishing block isfixed onto a lower polishing arm through a bolt; one metal film type pressure strain gage and one data transmission device are arranged on each polyurethane polishing block; each data transmission device and an empty slot through an AB adhesive; a through hole is formed between a groove in a curved surface of each polyurethane polishing block and each empty slot with one side close to the bottompart; and data transmission lines are arranged in the through holes so as to be connected with the metal film type pressure strain gages and the data transmission devices.
