The device comprises a main body, a feeding pipe, a discharging opening and a moving wheel,a stirring mechanism and a drying mechanism; the stirring mechanism comprises a first motor, a stirring barrel, a second motor, an air cylinder and multiple stirring blades; and the drying mechanism comprises a cutting assembly and a drying assembly. According to the device for recovery treatment of the organic wastes based on the internet of things, through the stirring mechanism, the organic wastes such as vegetable leaves can be uniformly crushed, so that the effect of preliminary dewatering is achieved; through the drying mechanism, the wastes are further crushed and dried, through dryingof the wastes, and moisture wastes can be prevented from breeding bacteria and generating peculiar smells; and the dried vegetable leaves can be used as animal feed, organic fertilizers and biogas tobe used for generating electricity; and therefore the utilization rate of the wastes is improved, the economic value is created, and the practicability of the recovery treatment device of the organicwastes is improved.
