Embodiment Construction

[0016] The present invention will be further described in detail through specific implementation examples below.

[0017] A kind of method that utilizes kitchen waste to produce biogas provided by the invention specifically comprises the following steps:

[0018] (1) Put the kitchen waste collected by the collection truck into the storage bin, and perform autoclaving treatment under the conditions of 135°C and 0.4MPa;

[0019] (2) Add the oil-water mixed solution of food waste after high-temperature sterilization into the dehydration device to separate the solid and liquid phases of the food waste;

[0020] (3) Send the liquid phase separated in step 2 into the heating oil separation tank, and let it stand at 90~110°C for 2 hours for stratification, and extract the slick oil generated after the stratification, and store the extracted slick oil in an airtight Grease collection container for recycling;

[0021] (4) Send the solid phase separated in step 2 and the sewage separa...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing marsh gas by using kitchen waste, and relates to the technical field of waste recycling treatment. The method specifically comprises the following steps:(1) feeding the kitchen waste collected by a collection truck into a storage bin, and sterilizing the kitchen waste at high pressure under the conditions of 135 DEG C and 0.4 MPa; (2) adding a kitchen waste oil-water mixed solution subjected to high-temperature sterilization treatment into a dewatering device to separate a solid phase from a liquid phase of the kitchen waste; (3) feeding the liquid phase separated in the step 2 into a heating oil isolation tank, stewing the liquid phase at 90 to 110 DEG C for 2 hours for layering, and extracting floating oil produced by layering; (4) feedingthe solid phase separated in the step 2 and sewage separated in the step 3 into an anaerobic digestion device for anaerobic digestion, thus obtaining the marsh gas and digestion liquid. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the kitchen waste is subjected to anaerobic fermentation to produce the marsh gas, so that the kitchen waste is effectively treated, and the obtained pure marsh gas can be provided for families in communities to use.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of waste resource treatment, in particular to a method for producing biogas by using kitchen waste. Background technique [0002] Kitchen waste occupies a dominant position in municipal solid waste and is an important part of solid waste. With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the amount of kitchen waste generated is increasing day by day. The daily output of kitchen waste in my country has exceeded 20,000 tons. Food waste itself has the characteristics of high moisture content, poor dehydration performance, high temperature and perishability, and is easy to breed mosquitoes and germs. If it is not disposed of properly, it will cause serious environmental pollution and eventually pose a major threat to people's health. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing biogas by using kitchen waste to solve the above problems....
