The invention provides a sample transportation box which comprises an outer box body, an inner box body, a plurality of slide boxes and a temperature control device, wherein the outer box body is provided with a cover; the inner box body is provided with a cover; the temperature control device comprises a temperature control box, a temperature sensor and an electric heating plate; the temperaturecontrol box comprises a storage battery and a controller which is electrically connected with the storage battery; the temperature control box and the inner box body are placed inside the outer box body; the slide boxes are horizontally installed at the upper side inside the inner box body; the specification of the slide boxes should make sure that the slide boxes cannot extend out of the inner box body; a base plate of the inner box body is provided with a rectangular fixing block which is used for inserting a vessel sample and is made of a flexible material; the upper side of the fixing block is provided with a plurality of circular vertically-arranged blind holes which are different in inner diameter; the temperature sensor and the electric heating plate are buried inside the fixing block in a spaced manner; and the temperature sensor and the electric heating plate are each electrically connected with the controller by virtue of a connecting wire which penetrates out of the fixing block and the inner box body.
