Abstract

The method includes collecting slip sheet end face images, performing image preprocessing, transversely averagely segmenting grayscale images, separately counting each row of images, and finally, accumulating the number of slip sheets of each row to be output. The image preprocessing includes image grayscale processing, smoothing, self-adaptive threshold binarization, morphological operation and search for maximum external contours of images, and an area where slip sheets are is obtained through the external contours in a grayscale map. The counting method is as follows: self-adaptive threshold binarization is performed on a picture, then a plurality of rows of pixels are randomly selected t be traversed, the number of slip sheets is obtained from variation information of pixel values of all the rows, and when results of all the rows are consistent, the number is considered as correct.
