The edge rate control unit consists of a first branch and a second branch; when the driving unit provides a driving signal for the charging phase switching device, the first branch is used for charging a gate capacitor of the charging phase switching device; and the second branch is used for pulling up the levelof a gate terminal of the charging phase switching device when the gate capacitor of the charging phase switching device is charged by the first branch so as to control the edge rate of the chargingphase switching device. Therefore, a ringing phenomenon is avoided; and thus an EMI interference is prevented.
