Processing is realized through a computer software data system, the on-site dissolved oxygen tester is mounted in the aerobic tank, data are connected into the computer data processing system which sets a dissolved oxygen range, an air compressor is automatically started to aerate the aerobic tank when dissolved oxygen content reaches a lower limit, and the air compressor is stopped from running when the dissolved oxygen content reaches an upper limit, so that automatic aerobic aeration is realized, running stability of a sewage treatment aerobic system is ensured, and energy is saved.
