Abstract

The vaccine diluent is prepared from, by weight, 100-120 parts of normal saline, 0.5-2 parts of aluminum stearate, and 3-6 parts of ganoderan. Aluminum stearate has emulsification effect, and can improve the mixing uniformity of vaccine diluent while promote the mixing uniformity of vaccine diluent after mixing with vaccine, andfurther improve the uniformity of immunizing potency generated after diluting vaccine. The aluminum stearate has slow release effect, and can postpone retention time of immunogen in an organ, thus the immunogen can be continuously and slowly released, the phagocytosis and sterilizing abilities of macrophage are enhanced, and the immunoreaction caused by immunogen is further improved. Ganoderan isa good traditional Chinese medicine active component, and able to improve the phagocytosis function of the macrophage, enhance the cell function of humoral immunity and further improve the vaccine valence; by matching with the slow release effect of aluminum stearate, the vaccine valence by ganoderan is further promoted.
