Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, there are not many commercially available natural preservatives that can be really applied in the cosmetics industry. The main reason is that the antiseptic effect is difficult to achieve the claimed effect, and there are many application restrictions (product dosage form, pH, compatibility, affecting odor and color, etc.), price Expensive etc.

[0047] (1) Enzymolysis treatment of compound plants

[0048] Grinding and pulverizing 8 parts by mass of Iridaceae shallots and 1 part by mass of thyme root after being air-dried at 85°C for 4 hours to 80 mesh, and then adding 54 parts by mass of water to the reaction kettle, adding 0.00225 parts by mass of cellulase (purchased From Novozymes, brand name: Celluclast 1.5L, enzyme activity: 700EGU / ml, the same below) and 0.00225 parts by mass of pectinase (purchased from Novozymes, brand name: Pectinex BE XXL, enzyme activity: 16000PECTU / ml, the same below), the pH was adjusted to 6.8 with triethanolamine, and the enzyme was hydrolyzed at 65°C for 2h. Centrifuge after the post-treatment, and air-dry the filter cake at 85° C. for 4 hours to obtain 8.5 parts by mass of Irisaceae red onion and thyme root powder in total, with a water content of 0.2%.

[0049] (II) Subcritical Extraction of Compound Plants

[0050] Add 8.5 parts by mass of the powder obtained in step (I) into a su...

Embodiment 2

[0054] (1) Enzymatic hydrolysis treatment of compound plants

[0055] 9 parts by mass of iridaceae shallots and 1 part by mass of thyme root that have been blast-dried at 85°C for 6 hours are ground and pulverized to 90 mesh, then added to the reaction kettle together with 80 parts by mass of water, and 0.006 parts by mass of cellulase and 0.004 parts by mass of cellulase are added. A composite enzyme composed of parts by mass of pectinase was adjusted to pH 7.2 with sodium hydroxide, and enzymatically hydrolyzed at 70°C for 3 hours. After finishing the post-treatment, centrifuge, and the filter cake was air-dried at 85° C. for 5 hours to obtain a total of 9.5 parts by mass of Iridaceae shallot and thyme root powder, with a moisture content of 0.12%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a natural preservative as well as a preparation method and application thereof in cosmetics. The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing enzymolysis treatment on iridaceae American eleutherine rhizome and musk roots, further performing subcritical extraction on an obtained treatment substance so as to obtain a composite plant extract, dissolving the composite plant extract into polyhydric alcohols, adding a preservative synergist, homogenizing, and performing membrane filtration, so as to obtain the natural preservative. With the combination of an enzymolysis method and a subcritical fluid extraction technique, antibacterial active components in iridaceae American eleutherine rhizome and musk roots are extracted, the problem that the extractionrate is low as cell walls are hard to broken by using a conventional water extraction or alcohol extraction method is overcome, and a high active component extraction rate is achieved. The natural preservative disclosed by the invention is free of common chemical synthesis substance, is small in skin irritation, safe and effective, and is particularly applicable to cosmetics as a preservative.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of natural preservatives, in particular to a natural preservative mainly composed of natural plant extracts, a preparation method thereof and an application in the field of cosmetics. technical background [0002] The raw materials and additives in cosmetics contain a lot of nutrients and water. In a suitable environment, microorganisms will multiply in cosmetics, resulting in corruption and deterioration of cosmetics. A certain amount of preservatives need to be added to inhibit the metabolism of bacteria, molds and yeasts and affect its growth and reproduction. Many traditionally used chemically synthesized preservatives often have certain toxicity due to their own structure and properties, such as DMDMH is a formaldehyde releaser; Kason series contains chlorine, which may be irritating to some skins; Bropol may cause cancer Formation of substances nitrosamines; IPBC may lead to iodine intake. Therefore, in recent...
