The airplane maintenance method comprises the following steps of: access a maintenance task database to obtain a site and a time of the current airplane maintenance task; accessing a maintainer database to obtain a list of available maintainers and forming afirst candidate maintainer set by the available maintainers; judging whether each candidate maintainer in the first candidate maintainer set satisfies the site and the time of the current airplane maintenance task or not, and forming a second candidate maintainer set by the candidate maintainers, satisfying the site and the time, in the first candidate maintainer set; and selecting a first maintainer from the second candidate maintainer set to execute the current airplane maintenance task, and determining a predicted start time ti and a predicted end time te of the current airplane maintenance task according to information of the first maintainer. Through embodiments of the invention, time division multiplexing can be carried out on maintainers more accurately, so that the resource utilization rate is improved.
