Abstract

The invention provides an RC oscillator, which comprises a resistance unit and a capacitor. The resistance unit comprises at least one group of compensation resistors. Each group of compensation resistors comprises two resistors which are connected in series and have positive and negative temperature compensation coefficients respectively.
