Abstract

The objective of the repairing device and the repairing method is to solve the problems that the non-plane type parts particularly the tube-shaped parts are difficult to beclamped, prone to bad contact and dangerous in operation to a certain extent because of a larger pulse current density in the prior method of using the pulse current for metal treatment, and moreoverthe prior method of using a sensing heating power supply for repairing the cracks in the metal pipes is bad in repairing effect of the metal pipes made of a nonferromugnetic material. A pulse power supply discharges to a spiral coil at the discharge voltage of 1-20KV and the the deformation caused by the extrusion of the spiral coil to the metal pipes is limited by using a fixing shaft for supporting the metal pipes, so that the microcracks in the metal pipes can be arrested and repaired.
