When the motor home is braked, on and off of the controllable switches and the duty ratios output by a PWM are judged according to signals detected by the detecting mechanism, and accordingly the coils having different resistance values are connected and corresponding equivalent voltages are produced. When light load, half load or full load of the motor room are detected, the coils r1, r2 and r3 are respectively connected, and the PWM outputs corresponding duty ratios.
