Embodiment Construction

[0045] Such as figure 1 Shown: The topology of the control device for particle movement in a terminally closed microchannel is as follows: a micropump driving NaCl solution with colloid, a micropump driving deionized water with colloid, a mixer and main channel, and a terminally closed Branch microchannel composition.

[0046] The two micropump models are both LSP01-2A, and the flow range that the micropump can control is: 0.0002μl / min-8.6699ml / min. Both NaCl solution and deionized water contained the same particle concentration (1×10 -3 μm -3 ) polystyrene fluorescent particles with a diameter of 1.01 μm, and the concentration of NaCl solution is 2×10 3 μm / L. The mixer, the main channel and the branch microchannels are all rectangular channels. The width and height of the mixer and the main channel are 200 μm×100 μm, and the length, width and height of the branch microchannels are 400 μm×20 μm×10 μm. It can be seen that the scale of the branch microchannel is much small...

Abstract

The invention relates to a control device for particle movement in a terminal closed microchannel. The device includes two micropumps, a mixer, a main microchannel and a terminal closed branch microchannel. The main microchannel is communicated with an outlet of the mixer, one end of the branch microchannel is closed, and the other end is communicated with the main channel, the length of the branch microchannel is much larger than its caliber, the fluid driven by each micropump contains fluorescent particles, and a high-speed camera acquires the movement and distribution images of particles inthe main microchannel and branch microchannel. The cascade control method uses an optimal control strategy of a particle movement time-space evolution model to control the particle concentration distribution of the terminal closed branch microchannel, and then uses a rolling tracking control strategy of a concentration adjustment model and a deep learning based rolling tracking control strategy to control the solution concentration distribution of the main channel. The method has the advantages of simulating transmission of a drug through a main vascular channel to a drug delivery target anddispersing the drug precisely and controllably to the closed branch microchannel.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a microfluidic chip with a terminal-closed microchannel and a method for controlling particle movement in the terminal-closed microchannel. Background technique [0002] In the 20th century, people achieved strategic information science and technology with the help of "information" obtained by electrons flowing in semiconductors or metals; and in the 21st century, microfluidic control is achieved through aqueous solutions with soluble biomolecules or suspended cells. Flowing on the channel or plane of the chip to study life, understand life, and even partially transform life, it will also be possible to achieve a new strategic science and technology: microfluidics. Particle movement in microchannels is one of the hotspots in microfluidics research. However, in a terminally closed microchannel, since its one-end closed geometry does not allow a net fluid flow, how to effectively transport particles into the terminally closed ge...
