The system comprises a user credit evaluation data module, a data conversion module, a creditlevel comparison module, a credit level upgrading / degrading module and a reward and punishment module. Through establishment of a shared bicycle credit system, integrity assessment of the users is realized, bad riding habits are restrained, and better city traffic management and development are facilitated.
