Abstract

The extraction method comprises the following steps: crushing a smilacina japonica medicinalmaterial, and then adding organic alcohol; extracting under a high-voltage pulse electric field and filtering; washing filter residues with the organic alcohol; combining filtrate and carrying out concentration under reduced pressure to obtain an extract; dissolving the extract, first adding an inorganic base solution and adjusting a pH value of the solution until the solution is alkaline; standing and filtering; adding an acidic water solution into the filtrate, adjusting the pH value of the solution until the solution is acidic or neutral, and carrying out natural chromatography and drying precipitate; dissolving a dried product, and filtering through a ceramic ultrafiltration membrane; and concentrating and drying the filtrate, then dissolving the filtrate with methanol, adding a sephadex column, carrying out column chromatography adsorption, and concentrating and drying an obtained yellow solution to obtain a total flavonoids pure product of the smilacina japonica.
