The TEE management module 5 establishes a secure channel 100 for transmitting information and instructions with aTA management server 2 through the TA management module 4, and the information and instructions in the secure channel 100 are transmitted in the form of ciphertext. Trusted applications for being downloaded are set in the TA management server 2. The TA management module 4 sends a trusted application downloading request, and a trusted application 21 is downloaded by the TA management server 2 to the TEE management module 5 through the secure channel 100 to be used for installation or updating.
