By adoption of the ballast, the electrode temperature is increased, and when the temperature reaches a fixed value, the electronic transmitting electrode coated on the electrode transmits electrons to the external environment to be in collision with free argon atoms, and the argon atoms obtains energy after collision; the argon atoms with energy performs high-speed collision with the liquid-state metal, and the liquid-state metal absorbs energy to jump to generate ionization to give out ultraviolet light, and the fluorescent powder converts ultraviolet light into visible light so as to realize illumination; and the liquid-state metal lamp is safe and toxic-free in use and easy to recycle.
