The chlorine dioxide preparation device which comprises a feeding tubular reactor, a discharging tubular reactor, an additionreactor and an injector are utilized; multi-stage tubular reactors are serially connected; by control on reaction time of reaction materials in the reactors, the yield of chlorine dioxide is greatly improved; and meanwhile, a reducing agent is separately added in the various stages of tubular reactors so as to disperse the chlorine dioxide to various stages, the circumstance that a large number ofchlorine dioxide is generated on one of stages of reactors is avoided, and security incidents caused by over-high yield and concentration of the chlorine dioxide are prevented. Furthermore, because the concentration and yield of the chlorine dioxide in each of the stages of reactors are reduced, the probability of decomposition of the chlorine dioxide into chlorine is reduced, and the purity of the chlorine dioxide is improved. Thus, by the technical scheme in an embodiment of the invention, the technical effects of effectively increasing safety factors of production of the chlorine dioxide,increasing the purity of the chlorine dioxide and reducing preparation costs of the chlorine dioxide are achieved.
