After being heated to be unfrozen through the heat exchanger (1) arranged below the ground of a coal yard, the raw coal in the coal yard enters the coal bin (2); then, the raw coal is delivered into the coalmill (4) to be made into powder through the coal feeding machine (3); and qualified coal powder is carried by primary air and enters the boiler (5) to be burnt.
