Abstract

The invention discloses applications of a qi regulating and blood circulation activation preparation in preparation of drugs for treatment or prevention of kidney injury. According to the present invention, the qi regulating and blood circulation activation preparation comprises four drugs such as litsea lancilimba merr, allium macrostemon bunge, ligusticum chuanxiong hort and borneol, can significantly down-regulate the serum creatinine (Scr) increase, the urea nitrogen (BUN) increase and the MDA increase caused by kidney injury, and can significantly up-regulate the SOD activity reducing caused by kidney injury; and the clinical trial results show that the qi regulating and blood circulation activation preparation can provide advantages of high effectiveness and good treatment effect inthe treatment of kidney injury, provides the new treatment approach for the treatment of kidney injury, and expands the clinical application of the qi regulating and blood circulation activation preparation.
