The method comprises the following steps: realizing unification and uniqueness of point-to-point transport routes in a national highway network; issuing a transporter identity card to each qualified person; finishing card release operation of dangerous chemical information cards through a mobile reader-writer before transport; assisting driving route navigation through the mobile reader-writer arranged in each transport vehicle; arranging dangerous chemical automatic check stations in each transport route; transporting dangerous chemicals to special warehouses respectively, and finishing in-warehouse operation of the dangerous chemical information cards; and periodically checking all of the dangerous chemicals through an automatic mobile reader-writer arranged in a warehouse, and reporting the data to a management and control platform corresponding to the region. The advantages are that the method improves safety of the dangerous chemicals in the transport and storage processes; the special dangerous chemical logistics storage management and control platform is established to realize centralized management; and unification of the transport routes of the dangerous chemicals is realized.
