Abstract

The invention discloses a method for assessing robustness of an activated sludge system based on a reinforcing effect of calcium. The method comprises the following steps: 1) taking mud from a sewage disposal plant, conducting inoculating and habituated culture, implementing cooling and water quality impact experiments and adding CaCl2, and determining microbial respiratory atlases before and after adding the calcium; determining OURs, OURq, OURe, OURen and OURenc in accordance with the obtained microbial respiratory atlases; in accordance with the obtained parameters, acquiring an autotrophic bacterium respiratory rate OURn, so as to judge the robustness of the system; and subsequently, acquiring an endogenous respiratory ratio RI, so as to judge whether system microorganisms are impacted or not. The method provided by the invention is conducive to risk assessment and risk control of the sludge disposal plant; the method can optimize running of the sludge disposal plant; and the method has a certain guiding significance for operation management of the sludge disposal plant.
