Abstract

The environment-friendly variable range flocculation unit comprises a flocculation tank, wherein a first stirring shaft is arranged in the flocculation tank; helical mixing blades are arranged on the outer part of the first stirring shaft; a driven gear is arranged on a part, which is positioned below the flocculation tank, of the first stirring shaft; one side of the driven gear is meshed with a driving gear; the driving gear is driven by a first motor; a first cavity is formed in the lower half part of the first stirring shaft; the lower end of the first stirring shaft is communicated with an air inlet pipe through a rotary air pipe joint; a plurality of first through holes communicated with the interior of the flocculation tank are formed in the first cavity; a second cavity is formed in the upper half part of the first stirring shaft; and a plurality of second through holes communicated with the flocculation tank are formed in the second cavity. The environment-friendly variable range flocculation unit disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the sewage and flocculating agent are effectively mixed by utilizing a horizon bar, effective flocculation can be realized by utilizing the helical mixing blades and gas-flow mixing, and the sewage treatment effect is improved.
