Abstract

The warm air furnace comprises a furnace body, a storage bin, a feeding mechanism, a heat exchange chamber, a water jacket, a water pipe, an air pipe, a flue, an oxygen supply mechanism and a controller; a combustion chamber and an ash chamber are formed in the furnace body; the ash chamber is located below the combustion chamber; a baffle with a spring is arranged between the combustion chamber and the ash chamber; metal meshes are arranged in the combustion chamber; one end of each metal mesh stretches out of the furnace body; springs are arranged at the other ends of the metal meshes; and the controller is located on the furnace body and is connected with a sensor and a control motor of the feeding mechanism. The warm air furnace has the beneficial effects that the metal meshes are arranged in the combustion chamber, and biomass fuel undergoes stratified combustion due to the metal meshes and is combusted more fully, so that the heat production efficiency of the biomass fuel is improved; and the spring and the sensor are arranged on the baffle between the combustion chamber and the ash chamber, and when a certain amount of residues is accumulated on the baffle, the baffle is opened automatically, so that the baffle is more convenient than a grate.
