Problems solved by technology

[0004] (1) Although traditional skin dressings can absorb a large amount of exudate (tissue fluid) from skin wounds, the reason is that the traditional skin dressings will harden after absorbing the exudate, causing the exudate to seep back into the wound and the nearby skin, resulting in wounds around the wound. Corrosion of the skin;
[0005] (2) Wounds are healed by the regeneration of skin epithelial cells. Although covering the wound with gauze can prevent the wound from being contaminated with dust or bacteria from the outside world, the hardened and dry gauze prevents the epithelial cells from freely dissociated in the wound, hindering the recovery of the wound
[0019] (3) The dextran fiber prepared according to the steps disclosed in the Taiwan patent of China has no significant excellent performance in the adsorption of interstitial fluid and the moisturizing ability of skin wounds

Embodiment Construction

[0065] In order to describe more clearly the manufacturing method of a fungal pharmaceutical composition proposed by the present invention, the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

[0066] Polysaccharides are the main components of fungal cell walls. In the fungal cell wall, polysaccharides and chitin are stacked alternately to form an elastic shell that gives the fungal cell its shape. The fungal cell wall can not only prevent the invasion of destructive macromolecules (such as decomposing enzymes, lytic enzymes), but also is more permeable, so that fungal cells can absorb water and small molecule nutrients through it. As known to those familiar with the development of biomedical materials, chitin (or chitosan) has the advantages of good biocompatibility, no biotoxicity, low price, easy modification, and good mechanical strength. Chitin (or chitosan) is usually processed into films, beads, fibers, o...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for manufacturing a fungus pharmaceutical composition. The method comprises steps of knocking, kneading, extension, organic solvent extraction, high temperature alkali treatment, filtering and decolouring. The method is used for extracting poly(glucosamine) cellulose from fungus cell walls. The poly(glucosamine) cellulose is different poly(glucosamine) cellulose made from a China Taiwan patent, the patent number of which is 442496, and having defects of ultralow yield, rougher cellulose, and yellowy color. The poly(glucosamine) cellulose made through the method relatively shows the advantage of high yield, fine cellulose, and white color. The prepared poly(glucosamine) cellulose can be made into an excipient. Furthermore, it is proved through experiments that the poly(glucosamine) cellulose has excellent adsorption power and moisture maintenance of a tissue fluid, and is quite suitable for being used as a skin dressing, artificial skin, or a mask.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical compositions, in particular to a method for preparing a fungal medicinal composition for extracting a complex of chitin and polysaccharide from fungal cell walls. Background technique [0002] The skin not only has the function of regulating body temperature and water balance in the body, but also is the first line of defense for the human body to defend against the invasion of external pathogens. Therefore, when the skin is injured in a large area, it may cause an imbalance of thermoregulatory function, and severe cases may cause death. Generally speaking, after the skin wound is treated with drugs, the wound will still be in contact with clothing or the outside world, and the wound will deteriorate due to contamination with external dust or bacteria. Therefore, in order to prevent the wound from being contaminated with external dust or bacteria, medical personnel usually cover a skin dressing (...
