Abstract

The invention discloses an establishment method and application of an eukaryotic avian leukosis virus capsid protein expression vector with an immunosuppressive effect, and relates to the biotechnical field of expression and function research of virus encoding protein. The establishment method comprises the following steps: taking a pGEX-6p-1-p27 / BL21 plasmid as a template, performing PCR amplification by using specific primers, recycling PCR fragments, and linking with a pcDNA3.1 vector to obtain a positive recombinant plasmid, namely the eukaryotic expression vector with the function of suppressing immune response of cells to LPS and Poly (I: C) stimulation. The establishment method is simple and reasonable; after transfected cell expression, the eukaryotic expression vector can be applied to suppression of cellular immune response to the LPS or Poly (I: C) stimulation and provides a target for research and development of an anti-avian leukemia immunosuppressing medicine.
