[0036] 1. Preparation of BP nanosheets:

[0037] Take out about 5mg of BP powder into five 10mL centrifuge tubes, add 9mL of NMP dispersion solution saturated with NaOH to each, seal, and sonicate in an ice bath for 8h. The resulting brown suspension was centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 10 min, the supernatant was collected in a 50 mL centrifuge tube, and stored in a -20°C refrigerator in the dark with tinfoil. Take 2mL of BP, centrifuge at 12000rpm for 10min to remove the supernatant, wash with...

Abstract

The invention discloses a black phosphorus / manganese dioxide composite nanomaterial as well as a preparation method and application of the composite material. The method mainly relates to the following processes of synthesizing an MnO2 nanosheet by employing bovine serum albumin as a template through biomineralization; carrying out modified regulation on a BP nanosheet until the BP nanosheet with negative charges on the surface has positive charges; tightly combining a black phosphorus nanosheet BP with positive charges subjected to modified regulation and the MnO2 nanosheet with negative charges through the electrostatic adsorption effect to form a BP@MnO2 composite nanomaterial. In addition, the invention further comprises application of the BP@MnO2 composite nanomaterial prepared through the method. The composite material is capable of efficiently generating singlet oxygen under 660nm laser irradiation, and is capable of significantly improving the light stability of a photosensitizer black phosphorus and the apparent photodynamic therapy efficiency, and greatly improving the photodynamic therapy antitumor application of the black phosphorus.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention belongs to the field of preparation of biomedical materials, and in particular relates to a black phosphorus / manganese dioxide composite nanometer material, a preparation method thereof, and an application thereof in improving black phosphorous photodynamic therapy to treat tumors. Background technique: [0002] Cancer has become one of the major diseases affecting human health. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) based on optics is a new method to treat tumors by using photosensitizing drugs and laser activation to generate reactive oxygen species (ROS). The basis of its action is the photodynamic effect, which has three basic elements: photosensitizer, light and oxygen. Under the irradiation of laser (hv) with a specific wavelength, the photosensitizer absorbs photons and is excited, and the photosensitizer in the excited state will partially undergo the intermediate state of the excited triplet state (T1) during the process of returning to th...
