specific Embodiment approach 1

[0031] Specific embodiment one: a kind of method of utilizing erythromycin slag to produce organic fertilizer of the present embodiment is characterized in that it is carried out according to the following steps:

[0032] 1. Collect the erythromycin slag and adjust the solid content to 8-10% to obtain the erythromycin slag liquid to be treated. Take 1L of the erythromycin slag liquid and add persulfate and potassium permanganate to the reaction tank , stir and mix evenly;

[0033] 2. Heat the erythromycin slag reaction tank containing persulfate and potassium permanganate to 60-80°C, and keep it warm for 2 hours under uniform stirring;

[0034] 3. After the reaction is completed, the bacterial residue is centrifuged, and the obtained bacterial residue precipitate is mixed with humic acid or bentonite as an auxiliary material, stirred, dried and granulated to make organic fertilizer;

[0035] The residual amount of erythromycin in the erythromycin residue liquid is 600-700 mg / ...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0038] Embodiment 2: This embodiment differs from Embodiment 1 in that the molar ratio of erythromycin to persulfate and permanganate is 1:85˜100:1. Others are the same as in the first embodiment.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0039] Embodiment 3: The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is that the molar ratio of erythromycin to persulfate and permanganate is 1:90-100:1. Others are the same as in the first embodiment.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing an organic fertilizer by utilizing erythrocin dregs and relates to a processing method and recycling of the erythrocin dregs. The invention aims to solve the problems, such as, high processing cost and environmental risk after the processing of the present erythrocin dregs. The method comprises the following steps: respectively adding peroxysulphate and less potassium permanganate into the erythrocin dreg solution, placing into a reaction tank for heating, reacting under heat-insulating condition, centrifuging and then collecting sediment, thereby acquiring the organic fertilizer. In the invention, the erythrocin residue can be efficiently degraded, the antibiotic resistance bacteria contained in the dregs are inactivated, the pH regulation is not required after the processing and the method is simple in process. In the invention, the innocent treatment condition for assisting in oxidization by potassium permanganate and activating peroxysulphate by manganese ions is relatively mild, the requirement for reaction temperature is lower and the protein denaturation is prevented; the safety is high, the efficiency is high and the cost is low; the removal rate of erythrocin is 99.95%; and the organic fertilizer made from erythrocin dregs contains no antibiotic resistance bacteria, the antimicrobial resistance is not caused in soil and the use safety is high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a harmless treatment method and resource utilization of erythromycin residue. Background technique [0002] my country is a big country in the production, use and export of antibiotics. During the production process of fermented antibiotics in my country, the annual discharge of fungus residue is about 2 million tons. The fungus residue is rich in a large amount of nutrients, but because it contains a small amount of antibiotic residues, in order to prevent Antibiotic residues cause the risk of bacterial resistance in the environment. Antibiotic residues must first be treated to remove antibiotic residues before they can be used. But so far, there is still a lack of safe and effective harmless and resourceful treatment methods for antibiotic residues in my country, and most of them can only be incinerated, which not only causes a lot of waste of resources, but also has high cost of incineration, and there is a risk of secondary ...
